About Coach LaVell

DMV Native, LaVell McCullers founded AiM Quarterback Training to help QBs in the area take their game to the next level. After winning a Junior College National Championship at City College of San Francisco, LaVell continued his career at Prairie View A&M University a Division 1 program in Texas. Lavell started his first game at PVAMU & went on to earn, SWAC Newcomer of the week, SWAC Offensive player of the week, and many other accolades. After performing well at Pro Day, LaVell got to speak with coaches from the Las Angeles Rams & Cleveland Browns. Although, Coach LaVell did not get invited to an NFL training camp, LaVell got invited to come play for a few arena football teams. LaVell decided to shift is focus and he returned to the DMV to help QBs realize their dream of play football at the next level. AiMQBT has helped change the landscape of QB play in the Northern Virginia Area.

Now, LaVell is known nationally for his Quarterback Training. LaVell is also the Assistant Athletic Director & Offensive Coordinator of State Champion St. Michaels The Archangel High School in Fredericksburg, Virginia. 

Coach LaVell is dedicated to showing athletes how to use football as a tool to pay for their education and be successful in life.
